Membership (EFT) Freezes

SalonTouch allows you to freeze a reoccurring membership to suit the client's needs.

Normally this is done by an employee selling an EFT Freeze Service at the Register to automatically set the freeze start and end dates along with changing their draft amount to the freeze amount.

1. To setup an EFT Freeze Service click on Setup.
   
   
2. Click Tan Services.
   
   
3. Create a new EFT Tan Service membership.
   
   
4. Under the drop down menu on the right side. select "This is a Freeze EFT Service" from the options.
   
   
5. Enter the number of months the Freeze Service will freeze the clients account.
   
   
6. You are able to set the Freeze Draft Amount at this time.  This will automatically change the amount to be charged to their account each month.
