Most of the times this can be taken care of with a simple restart of the PC.

Restart the PC every night to help ensure that the data syncs are running properly.


This can also be caused by a new anti-virus software that you might have installed on the PC, security, or firewall software being installed on the PC.  You can try uninstalling the software and then restarting the PC.
