Creating A New Employee in Evolution

  1. Click on the Employee button at the top of the screen.
  2.  Click on the Manager button on the left side of the screen.
  3.  Click on Add New Employee on the left side of the screen.
  4.  Enter information on the five tabs provided.

 General Tab: Employee name, address and picture 

Personal Tab: Employee birthday, SSN, Driver’s license, etc. (Optional)

 Licenses Tab: Employee License Certifications (Optional)

 Security Tab: Employee password and assigned security profile (security profile must have been set up before hand) 

Commission Tab: Employee earned commissions (Optional)

 Provider: Set if employee will provide salon provider services

 Click on Save at the bottom of the screen.
