SalonTouch has a large number of reports that allow you do get data on various aspects of your business. It uses SAP Crystal Reports to format and view the data from SalonTouch.
Running the Report
Click on Reports at the top of the SalonTouch application.
You can search for reports by category or a text search for what you are looking for.
Viewing the Report
The report will have a bar across the top with option to Print, Save, Copy, Search for text, and Navigate pages.
When the report is open you can search for text in the report. In the picture above we are searching for the word CLIENTNAME. Typing in a name and pressing Enter on the keyboard will find any in the report.
Exporting the Report
The Save button allows you to export the data into other formats including PDF and CSV.
Select the Save as Type drop down select the file type you wish to save as.
Give the file a name and click Save.
