pDoc Signer returns Unexpected Error

Problem: When pDoc Signer is launched, the following is returned:
Unexpected error has been occurred. Cannot complete this operation.

Resolution:

This is caused by the certificate being used by the software expiring. A new certificate must be used.
This new signing certificate will expire in April 2020. We will be including this new certificate in the next update to pDoc Signer, and a future version of pDoc Signer will provide advance notice of certificate expiration and assist with the installation of a new signing certificate.

Problem: SalonTouch epad displays list of custom release forms to print, but does not open them.

Resolution: This may be caused by having subfolders with the same file names in them. Check the SalonTouch Releases folder normally: C:\SalonTouch\Releases.
Move any subfolders to the c:\SalonTouch\support folder and test it.
Move back any custom release/contract files in the subfolders to the C:\SalonTouch\Releases folder.
