How do I Reuse Gift Cards?

After a gift card is redeemed, the salon can ask the client if they want to keep it or have the salon get rid of it.  If the client wants to get rid of it, the salon can reuse the gift card and reissue it to another client.

1. Click Setup.
2. Click Register.
3. Click on the Gift Certificates button.
4. The current gift cards will be displayed along with who bought it and the current value.  You can enter the gift card number in the Find field to search by the number.
5. After you find the card, you will want to delete the existing gift card.
   • Evolution:  Place a check mark next to the gift card number and click Save.
     
   • Pearl: Click on the gift card record and click Delete in the new window that appears.
     
6. At this point the gift card can be placed in a new card holder and be sold to a new client.
