How do I modify a clients existing package or add a free one?

In some case you may need to modify a clients existing package e.g. add/delete sessions or simply add a new free package to the clients profile. This is easily achieved by one of the following methods.

To modify the number of sessions, points or minutes

1. Pull up a client's profile
2. Click on Packages and select the package you want to modify by clicking on Next at the bottom right.
3. Once you see the right package you can go and modify the number of session remaining if you want. Click Save

To add a free package to the clients profile:

1. Pull up a client's profile
2. Click on Packages on the left.
3. Click on Add A Package
4. Click the button on the left of the package you want to add and then click Save.
5. Click Save and click on Yes if you want to add a record of this addition to the Client's Sales log otherwise click No.
