Deleting an accidental sale

SalonTouch allows the salon to remove sales from the activity records.  This is not designed as a way to refund the sale.  It is only to get rid of sales that were made by accident or during the training process for a new employee

Click Register at the top of the screen.

Click Master Edit on the left

Select the Date of Sale.  This should on the day the sale occurred or before it.

The Computer ID is the computer number that the sale occurred on.  It is located on SalonTouch's title bar.

Click OK

This will give a list of transaction from the date selected going forward. You can use the arrows at the bottom of the window to navigate through the different sales for the selected time period.

Clicking the Delete button will have the following to appear.

Clicking Yes will cause the will cause the sale to be soft deleted and the software will no longer be able be seen in the software.
