How do I get started using EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)?

Using EFT memberships is very simple and straight forward.

Go to Setup > Tan Services and then click on the service that you want to use for an EFT membership.
Designate that Tan Service as an EFT service using the radio button in the EFT tab of the tan service.
Click on the “Add” button.
Add the monthly draft amount.
Select any applicable Taxes and adjust Prorate option as necessary.
Click Save

When you sell that service at the Register, SalonTouch will automatically pop up a window to ask you to populate all the necessary information required to process EFT such as credit card number, expiration date, and billing name.

At this point you can make any necessary changes as required such as changing the draft date or date of next payment. By default SalonTouch will draft on the first day of the month.

You can easily check to see if the EFT is recorded in ST by going to Setup > WorldPay EFT Processing. Select the draft date and you should be able to see that EFT Transaction there waiting to be processed for that date.
