Membership UnFreeze Services

An EFT Membership Unfreeze Service is a service that that will unfreeze a client's EFT membership account and reset the freeze draft amount to $0.00.

It will also allow them to use their EFT membership services again by charging them their current EFT service's draft at a prorated amount for the rest of the month.

This is normally used when a client freezes at the beginning of the month and decides the restart their EFT memberships.

The service will be setup the same as a normal Tan Service with a few differences.

The client will be charged a prorated amount for their draft amount. This is similar to how the sale of a prorated EFT service is done.
There will be no room use.
The expiration date will normally be 1 day after purchase.

Click on the EFT tab.
On the lower right side of the service screen click on the EFT Service drop down and select This is an EFT UnFreeze Service from the list.
Click Save.
