SalonTouch Remote Access

With our hosted platform, you can run SalonTouch to remotely access your salon's data from any Internet-connected device.  You must be using our SalonTouch .net hosted platform to use this feature.

If you currently are using our .net hosted platform, you can contact our support department by phone at 1-877-725-6686 or email at to get access information for the remote.

Local versions of our software do not have remote access capabilities.  You can purchase remote access to your computer through a 3rd party software provider such as Splashtop, TeamViewer, or Logmein; or get free open-source software such as TightVNC.  SalonTouch does not provide these software packages, and installation and support will be on the salon or the company providing the software.
