Membership UnFreeze Services

An UnFreeze service is a special type of service that will unfreeze a client's EFT membership account and reset the freeze draft amount to $0.00.  This feature was added in version 3.0.36 of SalonTouch Evolution.

It will also allow them to use their EFT services again by selling them their current EFT services at a prorated amount for the rest of the month.

This is normally used when a client freezes at the beginning of the month and decides the restart their EFT memberships.

You will need to create a new tan service that will be used as the UnFreeze Service.  Please read our article on Setting up a Tanning Service before creating a membership service.

1. On the lower right side of the service screen click on the EFT Service drop down and select This is an EFT UnFreeze Service from the list.
   

   

   
   
2. Click Save.
