Salons using the Worldpay/Vantiv Ingenico isc-250 chip reader, may have a manufacturer's problem that is affecting some models.  It can cause a transaction to process, but the triPOS service receiving the information may stop during the transaction and never tell SalonTouch it processed.

Worldpay has been replacing the devices for affected models with a different chip reader model.  Please contact our SalonTouch software support by creating a ticket to help determine if your salon is eligible for the replacement device.
