How do I change the EFT Draft date or amount for a customer?

  1. Open the Client Profile in SalonTouch 10.

  2. On the Left side click on EFT.

  3. You can now proceed to modify/change the Draft Day of Month, Next Payment Date, or Draft amount.


  4. Click Save when finished.

Important: If you have a Next Payment Date that is not matching the Draft Day of Month, it may cause the client not to appear in the EFT draft report.  Make sure that the Next Payment Date is the same day of the month or blank to ensure the client is drafted.
