1. Click on the Setup button at the top of the screen.

  2. Click on Employees under the Management section of that screen.

  3. At the Employee list screen, Click on the Add button.

  4. For a single salon select "Add a New Employee".  If you have multiple salons, you can select one of the employees listed from another salon and link their employee profiles together.

  5. At the New Employee screen, complete the following required employee information:

    • Employee's Name
    • ID
    • Active in this Salon button.
    • Security Profile by selecting from the Security Profile drop down.
    • Password by clicking the Regular Password button.

  1. Some entries require clicking a check mark next to the text or a radio button to select the item to select from multiple options.

  2. Click Save at the bottom of the window.
