The Crystal Reports software may have been installed without Administrator access, or they could have been damaged by a registry cleaner software or anti-virus. The Crystal1.exe and Crystal2.exe software will need to be reinstalled with elevated administrator privileges.
If the User Account Controls request permission to make changes to the computer, click yes on all of the requests.

Close SalonTouch.
- Navigate to the c:\SalonTouch\Extras\ folder.
- Right-click on Crystal1.exe and select Run as Administrator.
- Click Next.
- Click Next.
- Click Next.
- Click Finish.
- In the same folder, right-click on Crystal2.exe and select Run as Administrator.
- This will install without any additional actions.
- Open SalonTouch and test the reports.
